  Worst experience ever!! I visited this clinic last Sunday because my 18 months old son vomited multiple times. Our check-in time was at 10:18am, the receptionist told us 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting time to see a doctor, then we waited. At noon, I asked the receptionist how long we needed to wait more, they told us to wait 1 more hour. 1 hour later, I asked them again, they told me that my 18 month old son needed to wait 1 more hour because 2 more urgent patients just walked- in. By the time, my son started running a fever. We started looking for other real "Urgent" care clinics. We finally found another urgent care clinic where a doctor was able to provide real urgent medical service. It only took us 15 minutes to see a doctor(including all the paper work). While my son was seeing a real urgent care doctor, the receptionist of CareNow called me and said " we are ready to check your son." I am writing this review to help prevent another victim of this clinic. If volunteer receptionist thinks your medical condition is not as urgent as other patients, you'd better be prepared for 4~5 hours of waiting for your "urgent' need of medical care and they will never give you an update of delayed medical service if you do not ask them. In my understanding, 4~5 hours of delayed medical service and waiting without notification is not the definition of urgent care.
